Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Events Team in planning, organizing, and executing events, including assistance with event briefs, evite briefs, and timelines.
- Assist with the management of event calendars.
- Support post-event recaps, data collection, and list uploads.
- Conduct research for upcoming events.
- Aid in on-site event execution and pre-event preparation.
- Assist with charity initiatives, including purchasing tickets and liaising with boutiques.
- Provide administrative support for invoice processing, budget updates, scheduling, and calendar management.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field.
- Availability to work full-time from July 2026 through July 2027, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with remote work on Fridays.
