Dior Paris seeks Events Assistant Project Manager intern (Communication). Coordinate events, manage logistics, support project leads. French/English fluent. On-site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in organizing dinners, soirées, and cocktails for the maison
- Conduct supplier research and trend analysis for events
- Oversee production of event décor and visual elements
- Coordinate graphic materials including invitations and menus
- Manage logistics and international shipment of event materials and décor inventory
- Provide on-site support during event setup and execution
- Organize travel logistics including reservations, visa formalities, and administrative procedures
- Monitor process workflows and assist with invoicing and financial tracking
Qualifications
- Ideally possesses an initial background or internship experience in event management
- Demonstrates particular interest in art de vivre and hospitality practices
- Exhibits strong attention to detail and organizational acuity
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in French and English
