Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in organizing medium-scale internal events including product launches, company celebrations (Catherinettes and Nicolas), and key company milestones
- Provide substantial support across multiple stages of the annual Worldwide Meeting, the company's flagship event
- Deploy and coordinate events and initiatives at industrial sites across the company's global footprint
- Conduct vendor prospecting and procurement activities to identify suppliers of promotional items, innovative activations, catering, and related event services
- Execute market research and competitive benchmarking on industry best practices and vendor offerings in the events sector
- Support the team on diverse administrative tasks including invitation management, registration tracking, and development of communication materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an events agency or with a brand/company in an events-focused role
- Proficiency in cross-functional competencies: collaboration and teamwork, emotional intelligence, integrity, attention to detail, professional rigor, adaptability, and discretion
- Professional-level English proficiency
- Strong written communication skills
- Competence with Microsoft Office suite and Canva
