Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and organization of local and international events, including dinners, soirées, and cocktails, to enhance Dior's brand image and client portfolio.
- Conduct supplier research for events and manage trend and visual research.
- Oversee production elements such as decor and event-specific materials.
- Coordinate graphic materials including invitations and menus.
- Provide logistical support, including shipping materials internationally and managing event decor stock.
- Attend events to assist with setup and execution.
- Organize travel arrangements, including bookings and visa formalities.
- Support the billing process and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in event management is preferred.
- Strong interest in lifestyle and hospitality.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
