Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute event installations in accordance with brand and central VMD guidelines
  • Create 3D renderings, drawings, and visual proposals, or coordinate with external suppliers to produce them
  • Localize and adapt global event concepts for the local Japanese market
  • Discuss, negotiate, and manage production with external fabrication companies
  • Oversee local production progress, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
  • Order VM kits from Central based on monthly guidelines
  • Manage cost and timeline to ensure efficient project execution
  • Supervise event setup on site, traveling to other cities as required
  • Ensure the safety, stability, and visual quality of all installed elements
  • Maintain strong communication with Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a site supervisor in window display, events, pop-ups, production, or installation
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • Strong ability and willingness to supervise on-site setups, including travel and overnight work
  • Proven ability to manage quality and safety of visual installations
  • Excellent time management and cost control skills
