Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team and department director in daily commercial activities and client management.
- Coordinate with sales administration on deliveries and restocking.
- Consolidate and monitor weekly and monthly sales figures for partner shops-in-shop.
- Proactively follow up on visual merchandising.
- Organize various events.
- Participate in sales activities at showrooms.
- Manage order taking, follow-ups, and cancellations.
- Prepare necessary sales documents.
- Conduct product best-seller analyses and debriefs.
- Study client sell-through rates.
- Prepare training documents for men's and women's collections.
- Create ad-hoc presentations, including competitive monitoring.
- Assist in organizing travel for the director and sales team.
- Support in expense report entry.
- Organize meetings and appointments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce or management from a business school or university.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and French; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
- Strong writing skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills.
- Availability and willingness to engage with clients and team members.
- Strong interest in fashion and luxury.

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce or management.
