Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute proactively to the creation and development of the Purchasing Department for Dior Europe.
  • Define and implement purchasing strategies to deliver optimal value to the company.
  • Lead sourcing and execution of key projects, establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop a first-class sourcing strategy.
  • Act as a business partner to various departments, driving purchasing ambitions.
  • Structure and manage purchasing activities and processes to deliver commercial value and efficiencies, including cost savings.
  • Define procurement strategies for Marketing & Communication and indirect categories, in collaboration with stakeholders and budget managers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, ensuring compliance with economic objectives and legal requirements.
  • Manage the execution of action plans to enhance purchasing processes, methods, and tools.
  • Conduct end-to-end negotiation processes, including internal briefing, benchmarking, and contract management.
  • Develop supplier networks through market prospecting and supplier evaluation based on capabilities, execution quality, cost, innovation, and assurance.
  • Conduct periodic analysis of supplier network developments, new product/service offerings, and relevant indicators.
  • Introduce new ideas and innovations to the organization.
  • Define and implement KPIs and reporting documents to track performance and efficiency.
  • Provide key measurement statistics, analyses, and reports on purchasing activities and projects.
  • Regularly update and communicate with management through weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Contribute to the implementation of Coupa and other SaaS solutions, focusing on P2P, E-sourcing, and contract modules.
  • Collaborate with the internal control department to ensure purchasing process compliance and maintain purchasing policy, SOPs, and compliance procedures.
  • Lead the establishment of a system for evaluating purchasing processes and suppliers by developing KPIs and analyzing results.
  • Participate in the development of a digital catalog of 'Approved Supplier List'.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in a global purchasing organization.
  • Strong knowledge of the marketing and communication business environment and indirect purchasing categories.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing and communication projects.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
