Christian Dior Couture seeks an Europe Safety & Security Manager in Paris to oversee retail security across European boutiques.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop security concepts for boutique projects in collaboration with the Store Planning Division, supervising all security-related works across European boutiques from risk analysis through operational implementation
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and regulations regarding protection of assets and personnel
  • Manage relationships with security service providers, including tender processes, contract negotiation, budget oversight, and performance monitoring
  • Maintain and oversee passive technical protection systems and security devices across all facilities
  • Implement and continuously optimize retail security and safety procedures across the European network
  • Promote and drive a security culture among retail personnel through dedicated training initiatives
  • Conduct risk analysis studies and develop mitigation and vulnerability treatment plans for boutiques
  • Define and supervise security arrangements for brand events and special occasions
  • Monitor technological and regulatory developments in the security domain

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in safety and security, preferably within the luxury sector
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +4/5) in law, security management, or related field
  • CERIC (Certificat d'Etudes Réglementaires, d'Instruction et de Compétences) technical certification
  • Fluent English, both written and oral
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
