Parfums Christian Dior seeks Europe Retail Education Manager – Skincare & Dior Spas in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Full-time hybrid role driving training strategy across Europe.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Europe Commercial, Retail, Spa & Marketing teams to identify training and development needs across European markets, acting as a strategic business partner
  • Oversee creation, adaptation and translation of all new product launch training content for the skincare portfolio and Dior Spa treatment protocols, ensuring deployment and follow-up across in-person, digital and on-site formats
  • Ensure high educational rigor in all training content with emphasis on advanced skincare knowledge, treatment storytelling, consultation excellence and gesture mastery
  • Manage skill development of training communities and field teams on skincare expertise and Dior Spa protocols through coordinated training plans and clear development pathways
  • Organize and conduct engaging and innovative training and certification sessions—both in-person and remotely—in partnership with local teams
  • Animate and coordinate the Europe community of trainers through in-person and remote seminars and regional workshops several times annually
  • Serve as the main point of contact for central and market-based Retail Education teams on Skincare & Dior Spa topics, fostering collaboration and alignment across Central, Regional and Local levels
  • Organize coaching and mentoring sessions with trainers to ensure their professional development and integration of new personnel
  • Contribute to building a culture of excellence around skincare authority and service expertise to reinforce Dior's legitimacy in high-end skincare and spa experiences
  • Manage and optimize training budget allocation
  • Define relevant performance indicators and ensure regional monitoring and regular reporting to the central Retail Education team
  • Track training effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative measures including knowledge acquisition, certification results, service execution quality and business impact
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve training content, learning formats and deployment models based on market feedback and business priorities

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a business school or equivalent with additional background in aesthetics, skincare, cosmetology or beauty therapy
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training with solid knowledge of educational engineering and blended learning
  • Strong aesthetic, facialist or spa-related background with proven sensitivity to manual techniques, gesture precision, treatment execution and service ritualization
  • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, coaching and interpersonal skills
  • Mastery of digital learning platforms (e-learning, video-learning, live sessions) and comfort with social media tools
  • Ability to translate complex skincare and spa expertise into clear, engaging and operational training content adapted to different audiences and expertise levels

Education
