Role & Responsibilities
- Design and adapt training curricula for Retail Managers and Boutique Managers across boutiques and wholesale environments (sales techniques, client experience, storytelling, performance and leadership management).
- Define and deploy coherent training pathways aligned with the Europe Retail & Client Experience strategy.
- Integrate field best practices to ensure relevance and measurable impact of learning modules.
- Animate and coordinate the Europe community of trainers via in-person and remote seminars, regional workshops and regular knowledge-sharing forums.
- Lead and deliver onboarding and advanced training sessions in English and French for flagship and key-market managers, both in-person and digitally.
- Run “Train the Trainer” programmes in-country to upskill local trainers and ensure consistency of delivery.
- Support launches of new retail concepts and programs in European flagships and key markets.
- Act as a coach and business reference in the field, embedding Dior culture and leadership behaviours.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Retail Excellence, Marketing and Commercial teams at central and country level to ensure alignment and governance of training initiatives.
- Analyze country needs, implement regular reporting and measure training impact on retail performance to propose continuous improvement areas.
- Contribute to the skills development and succession planning of boutique management teams.
Qualifications
- Degree from a business school or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years (typically 5–8 years) of experience in premium or luxury retail, including significant experience as a Boutique Manager and/or Retail Manager.
- Proven experience in training, field coaching or retail development roles, including delivery of train-the-trainer programmes.
- Demonstrated mastery of client excellence, performance management and inspiring leadership.
- Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in French and/or a second European language is an asset.
- Charismatic, structured, results-oriented with strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% across Europe.

Minimum 5 years in premium or luxury retail, with substantial hands-on experience as a Boutique Manager and/or Retail Manager and a proven track record in training, field coaching or retail team development.
Education
Degree from a business school or equivalent.
