Parfums Christian Dior seeks Europe Retail Education Manager in Neuilly sur Seine to lead training and development for retail teams across 22 European markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and adapt training content related to retail teams' development in boutiques and wholesale environments, covering sales techniques, client experience, storytelling, and leadership management
- Deploy coherent training pathways aligned with the Europe Retail & Client Experience strategy, integrating field best practices to ensure relevance and effectiveness
- Animate and coordinate the Europe community of trainers through in-person and remote seminars and regional workshops held multiple times annually
- Lead training and onboarding sessions in English and French for Retail Managers and Boutique Managers across European flagship stores, both in-person and digitally
- Support the launch of new retail concepts or programs in flagship stores and key European markets
- Conduct 'Train the Trainers' sessions to develop trainers' skills and ensure consistent implementation across countries
- Serve as a coach and business reference, instilling Dior culture and values in the field
- Collaborate with HR, Retail Excellence, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure consistency of training initiatives across Europe
- Analyze country-specific needs, implement regular reporting mechanisms, and measure training impact on retail performance
- Contribute actively to the skills development of management teams in boutiques and propose continuous improvements
Qualifications
- Graduate of a business school or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in the premium or luxury retail sector
- Significant experience as a Boutique Manager and/or Retail Manager
- Solid experience in training delivery, field coaching, or retail support functions
- Deep mastery of client excellence codes, performance management, and inspiring leadership
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second European language is an asset
- Demonstrated leadership capability with ability to federate and inspire teams
- Passion for knowledge transfer and team development
- Charismatic, structured, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong soft skills including exemplary leadership, stakeholder management, teamwork, communication, interpersonal skills, learning agility, attention to detail, business acumen, adaptability, and problem-solving
