Parfums Christian Dior – Europe Retail Education Manager for Fragrance based in Paris. Lead training strategy and Beauty Consultant development across Europe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as strategic business partner with Europe Commercial, Retail, and Marketing teams to identify training and development needs across European markets
- Oversee creation, adaptation, and translation of Fragrance training programs for Europe and ensure deployment and follow-up of training tools (in-person, digital, in-store)
- Manage skill development of field teams by coordinating training plans and implementing structured development pathways for Beauty Consultants
- Organize and conduct engaging and innovative training and certification sessions both in-person and remotely, in partnership with local teams
- Animate and coordinate the Europe community of trainers through in-person and remote seminars and regional workshops multiple times annually
- Serve as primary point of contact for Central Retail Education and market-level Retail Education teams on Fragrance topics, fostering collaboration and alignment
- Organize coaching and mentoring sessions with Fragrance trainers to ensure their development and integration of new team members
- Manage and optimize training budgets across the region
- Define and monitor performance indicators on a regional scale to measure training impact
- Ensure regular reporting to the Central Retail Education team on training effectiveness and return on investment
Qualifications
- Graduate of a business school or equivalent degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or training with solid knowledge in educational engineering and blended learning
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Mastery of digital learning platforms (e-learning, live virtual learning, etc.) and proficiency with social media
- Expert knowledge of retail and wholesale environments
- Expertise and demonstrated passion for Fragrance
- Project management capabilities
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams) and productivity software (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)

Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or training roles with demonstrated expertise in educational engineering and blended learning methodologies. Proven experience developing and delivering training programs in luxury retail or wholesale environments is highly valued.

Graduate degree from a business school or equivalent professional qualification required.
