Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Europe Retail Education Manager — Beauty in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine, France to lead make‑up and skincare training across European markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and animate Europe-wide training pathways and content for Make‑Up and Skincare, ensuring consistency with the Maison's commercial and brand strategies.
  • Partner with Europe Commercial, Retail and Marketing teams to identify skills gaps and translate business priorities into learning solutions.
  • Oversee creation, localisation and translation of blended learning assets (in‑person, digital and in‑store), and ensure effective deployment and uptake across markets.
  • Coordinate certification programmes and deliver engaging training sessions and remote learning experiences in partnership with local teams.
  • Lead and animate the European community of trainers through regional workshops, seminars and recurring coaching/mentoring sessions.
  • Act as principal interface between central Retail Education and market Retail Education teams to guarantee alignment and operational synergies.
  • Define, monitor and report key performance indicators to measure training effectiveness, impact and ROI at regional level.
  • Manage and optimise the Retail Education budget for Beauty initiatives, ensuring cost‑effective deployment and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' professional experience in training, learning & development or educational engineering, ideally within beauty retail or wholesale.
  • Proven expertise in blended learning design and delivery, including digital learning formats (E‑Learning, V‑Learning, live virtual sessions).
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Deep knowledge and genuine passion for Make‑Up and Skincare, and an excellent understanding of Retail and Wholesale commercial dynamics.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
