Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Europe Retail Education Fragrance Manager in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine, France to lead fragrance training and certification across Europe.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and deploy the Europe-wide retail training strategy for Fragrance in close partnership with Commercial, Retail and Marketing teams.
  • Design, adapt, translate and roll out blended fragrance learning pathways and certification programs (in-person, digital and in-store).
  • Serve as the primary Europe contact for fragrance training, coordinating central, regional and local Retail Education teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Lead, animate and develop the Europe community of trainers through seminars, regional workshops, coaching and mentoring sessions.
  • Manage training plans and development pathways to upskill field teams and Beauty Consultants across European markets.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, produce regular impact and ROI reports, and optimise the training budget.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' professional experience in training, learning & development or retail education, with proven experience in educational engineering.
  • Demonstrable expertise in blended learning design and digital learning modalities (E‑Learning, V‑Learning, live sessions).
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching and interpersonal skills, with strong stakeholder management.
  • Business-oriented mindset with experience in training needs analysis, KPI definition and budget management.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in training and learning development, with solid knowledge of educational engineering and blended learning methodologies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree or specialised training in L&D preferred.
