Parfums Christian Dior in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine seeks an Ethics & Compliance Apprentice (alternance) — work‑study placement Sept 2026–Aug 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Ethics & Compliance in day‑to‑day operations and project work across the Parfums Christian Dior division.
- Contribute to implementation and monitoring of Sapin II obligations across the maison.
- Coordinate with ethical referents and internal control teams across other Parfums & Cosmétiques maisons.
- Attend LVMH group ethics meetings and prepare concise syntheses and action notes.
- Draft and assist in the negotiation of contractual ethical clauses and compliance provisions.
- Prepare materials and minutes for ethics and compliance committee meetings.
- Conduct third‑party due diligence research and draft corresponding reports.
- Maintain and update records of international sanctions and support sanctions screening activities.
- Support campaigns related to conflicts of interest and dissemination of the code of conduct.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or about to commence a Master 2 (or equivalent) programme — alternance work‑study placement required
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong proficiency with Excel and Forms; familiarity with third‑party evaluation tools is a plus
- High level of autonomy, rigor and discretion handling confidential information
- Stakeholder management and teamwork; strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and ability to synthesise complex information

Experience
Suitable for an early‑career candidate or current Master’s student; prior internships in legal, compliance, audit or corporate governance are advantageous but not mandatory.
