Christian Dior Couture seeks a Part‑time Esthetician & Massage Therapist in New York — $21–$25/hr plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of luxury spa treatments (facials, bodywork and massages) in accordance with Dior Spa protocols and the spa menu.
- Conduct thorough guest consultations; review and update guest profiles to customise treatments and identify contraindications.
- Provide expert product and treatment recommendations that reflect the brand’s skincare offerings and high‑end service standards.
- Maintain pristine treatment rooms and ensure all tools and equipment are cleaned, sterilized and stored to protocol.
- Uphold guest confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Manage inventory and supplies: monitor stock levels, report replenishment needs and ensure proper product usage.
- Report operational issues or required maintenance to spa management and support back‑of‑house organisation.
- Perform assigned administrative and operational duties related to bookings, guest records and service delivery.
Qualifications
- NYS Esthetics License and NYS Massage Therapy License preferred (dual licence advantageous).
- Minimum three years’ experience as a massage therapist and/or esthetician in a luxury spa or for a luxury skincare brand.
- Proven mastery of facial and massage techniques and familiarity with upscale spa protocols.
- Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards and ability to deliver an elevated guest experience.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, discretion and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with high‑tech treatment devices is an advantage.

Completion of accredited esthetics and/or massage therapy training; state licensure required (NYS licenses preferred).
