Parfums Christian Dior seeks an E‑Retail Project Manager in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine, France to lead international e‑retail strategy across Europe and the US.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the international e‑retail strategy for assigned categories with a primary focus on Europe and the United States.
  • Analyse e‑retail performance data to identify growth levers and translate insights into actionable business priorities.
  • Design and deploy 360° commercial activations for priority launches and peak trading windows (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day), including launch kits and global roll‑out plans.
  • Coordinate creative production: brief creative teams, supervise asset production and ensure alignment with Dior brand codes.
  • Adapt global initiatives to local market needs and provide creative and operational recommendations to country teams.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market innovations; propose and pilot high‑value, innovative e‑retail initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor a small team (intern and coordinator) and liaise with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Grande École or Master 2) in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience; 3–5 years preferred in e‑commerce, digital retail or project management within beauty, luxury or FMCG.
  • Proven capability to lead cross‑functional projects and manage external creative/production partners.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with prior experience supervising junior staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High professional rigor, autonomy, resilience and a proactive, initiative‑driven mindset.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in e‑commerce, digital retail or project management; 3–5 years preferred, ideally with exposure to beauty or luxury retail across international markets.

Education

Master’s degree (Grande École or Master 2) in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent university qualification.
