Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with Dior brand charter and visual/guideline standards across authorised partner websites.
- Develop and manage digital content for e‑trade activations (banners, dedicated pages, newsletters) in coordination with digital agencies and retail partners.
- Brief agencies and retailers, coordinate delivery and follow up on the publication of digital activations and product pages.
- Prepare and transmit product referencing assets for new launches: SEO‑optimised product texts, visual and video packs, and translation coordination with European marketing teams.
- Manage online catalogue and e‑merchandising recommendations: product categorisation, cross‑selling logic, visual/text optimisation and product prioritisation on retailer pages.
- Support acquisition activities by participating in paid social and paid search campaign setup and execution.
- Develop CRM email campaigns and contribute to social media briefs for Instagram and TikTok content with benchmarking of retailer social channels.
- Monitor performance and operational KPIs, perform regular competitor/site benchmarks, track out‑of‑stock issues with key partners and liaise with IT/e‑merchandising teams to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s program in Marketing, Commerce, E‑business or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship required).
- Prior internship or first professional experience in marketing, webmarketing, e‑commerce or e‑merchandising is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills, rigor and an analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to collaborate across internal teams and external retail partners; effective stakeholder management.
- Genuine interest in cosmetics and luxury brands and adaptability to evolving digital projects.

Early‑career / entry level — currently enrolled in a Master’s programme with ideally one prior internship or first experience in marketing, e‑commerce or webmarketing.
Education
Master’s level education in Marketing, Commerce, E‑business or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship).
