Parfums Christian Dior in Dusseldorf seeks an E‑Retail Digital Marketing Intern to support e‑commerce product launches, content and reporting in a hybrid internship.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support preparation and execution of product launches across multiple e‑retail partners, including verifying listing requirements, managing product data and coordinating visual and editorial assets (images, copy, templates).
  • Upload and maintain product listings in retailer systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness and brand‑consistent presentation.
  • Create and maintain reports on missing or outdated assets; coordinate content updates (e.g. PDPs, landing pages) and track implementation to ensure timely rollouts.
  • Support management and evolution of brandshops by prioritising content updates, briefing assets to Brand Guidelines and monitoring post‑launch performance.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis, prepare insights in reports and presentations, and maintain structured documentation of relevant developments.
  • Collaborate with E‑Retail Managers on campaign planning and execution, including asset preparation, post‑launch monitoring and campaign reporting.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree (e.g. business administration, digital marketing, communications, fashion or brand management).
  • Confident user of Excel and common digital tools for content and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of e‑commerce fundamentals and digital marketing concepts.
  • Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • High attention to detail, strong quality standards and a proactive, hands‑on attitude.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks independently, manage multiple concurrent topics and work effectively in a team.
  • Interest in the luxury, fashion or beauty sectors; first practical experience in digital marketing, retail or brand management is a plus.
