Parfums Christian Dior seeks Engineering Project Manager for HVAC systems in Orléans, France. Lead building and utilities infrastructure projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define short and long-term infrastructure needs with production stakeholders and evaluate technical and economic feasibility through detailed studies and cost-benefit analysis
- Develop comprehensive project specifications, select vendors and contractors, and manage external service providers including engineering firms and equipment suppliers
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules using appropriate project management systems with regular tracking and validation by departmental leadership
- Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and support functions (engineering, production, campus management, finance, HR, logistics) through regular project reviews and progress reporting
- Manage project advancement, internal and external resources, and risk mitigation to ensure timely delivery and adherence to established objectives
- Guarantee compliance with applicable regulations, internal standards, and environmental requirements throughout all project phases
- Organize and oversee equipment reception, reserve resolution, system commissioning, qualification, and formal handover to internal stakeholders
- Lead change management initiatives by coordinating project communication and coordinating staff training in collaboration with HR
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and enhancement of technical standards within the department during lower-intensity project phases
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in HVAC, Energy Systems, Building Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food production environments
- Advanced technical expertise in HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
- Knowledge of building systems and additional utilities including process fluids, high/low voltage electrical systems, compressed air, steam, and water treatment
- Demonstrated experience managing industrial equipment qualification and reception
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in regulated manufacturing environments such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food production, with demonstrated expertise in HVAC systems and building infrastructure projects. Proven track record in project management methodology and industrial equipment qualification is essential.
Education
Engineering degree in HVAC, Energy Systems, Building Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
