Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize daily site merchandising updates aligned with product launches, inventory, marketing calendar and central merchandising guidelines.
- Optimize on-site search results based on weekly performance trends to improve conversion and findability.
- Review and validate translations for digital touchpoints including newsletters, homepage content, paid search and social assets.
- Monitor product sales performance and assist in reporting and analysis of key e‑commerce KPIs.
- Select products for newsletters and performance marketing campaigns in line with communication objectives and category performance.
- Continuously identify, document and report site bugs related to product display and content.
- Monitor competitors for trends and e‑commerce best practices to inform regional initiatives.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and ad hoc materials for the E‑Commerce team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university programme in Business, E‑Commerce, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Available to work full time (40 hours per week) for a minimum of 6 months; role is onsite at the Head Office in Munich.
- First relevant professional experience recommended (working student roles or prior internships in E‑Commerce or Digital Marketing).
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset, strong organisational skills and an active interest in digital trends and online retail.
