Benefit Cosmetics — E‑Retail Intern in Copenhagen: 6‑month full‑time internship supporting e‑retail operations across the Nordics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily e‑retail operations across Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway, ensuring listings, availability and on‑site accuracy.
- Coordinate product launches on partner sites: prepare PDP text, translations and deliver digital assets to retail partners.
- Create and deliver digital materials for launch campaigns and best‑selling SKUs to maximise online visibility and campaign execution.
- Identify and test new e‑retail site features and functionalities to improve visibility and sales performance.
- Assist with local e‑retail media activations across digital partners and owned channels (social, CRM, app).
- Support brand corner refreshes and visual/content updates for campaign launches on partner sites.
- Compile monthly reports analysing e‑retail sales, campaign performance, consumer behaviour and site benchmarks.
- Negotiate ad‑hoc local visibility opportunities with retailers and lead local return & replenishment (R&R) projects.
- Execute ad‑hoc site updates, corrections and short‑term digital projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Business or a related discipline.
- Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of Scandinavian languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Familiarity with analytics and advertising platforms such as Power BI, Business Manager and Google Analytics is desirable.
- Enthusiastic, proactive team player with a data‑driven mindset and strong interest in the beauty and luxury sectors.

Entry‑level: internship or initial experience in e‑retail, e‑commerce or digital marketing is preferred but not required; demonstrable interest in online retail and digital analytics is expected.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Business, or a related field.
