Role & Responsibilities

  • Direct strategic and operational planning of fragrance product launches, animations, and brand activations on Dior.com in collaboration with marketing, digital, and local teams
  • Define content requirements, copywriting strategy, customer journey mapping, and brand differentiation points; oversee centralized webmaster execution and coordinate with local teams for seamless implementation
  • Analyze e-merchandising performance metrics and conduct competitive benchmarking to inform continuous optimization across all launches
  • Drive collaborative webmastering processes between central and local teams; establish and improve communication protocols through newsletters, launch kits, and bespoke tools
  • Identify and propose innovative e-merchandising devices and features to enrich the online experience; partner with Product, UX Design, and analytics teams to test and implement new merchandising capabilities
  • Ensure category consistency and coherence across Dior.com platforms while developing a strategic vision balancing brand integrity and performance metrics
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects on services, content, and collaborations with Dior Couture; mentor interns or alternating candidates assigned to the category axis

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-merchandising, marketing, or related digital functions
  • Business school or engineering degree background preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Content Square
  • Working knowledge of design tools such as InVision, Sketch, Photoshop, or Figma
  • Demonstrated expertise in creativity and innovation, strategic vision, analytical thinking, professional rigor, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong business acumen with refined visual sensibility and understanding of UI/UX design principles
