Christian Dior Couture seeks an E-Influence Manager to shape global digital talent strategy, recruit and retain talent, and manage influencer campaigns and projects across its product categories and platforms. The role coordinates fittings, events, travel and logistics and works with international zones; it is a permanent, full-time, on-site position in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to shaping the global digital talent strategy and develop visibility opportunities across all product categories.
- Recruit and retain digital talent for each platform, collaborating with subsidiaries in line with the Artistic Directors’ vision.
- Manage special projects and influencer campaigns across global platforms.
- Work with international zones to define and implement their strategies.
- Prepare for fashion shows, events and press days.
- Prepare and coordinate influencer fittings.
- Prepare and coordinate influencer events, travel and logistics.
Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional spoken languages are a plus.
- Dynamic, organized, curious and a strong team player.
- Genuine interest in influencers and discovering new digital media.
- Interest in a wide variety of cultures, including fashion, art, food, cinema, theatre, sports and literature.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years; previous experience leading teams in digital communications.
Education
Higher education in Communications, with at least a Bachelor’s degree / Bac +3.
