Christian Dior Couture seeks an E-commerce Operations Executive in Seoul to manage warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and customer service coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse inbound and outbound operations, ensuring efficient order processing through the order management system (OMS)
  • Partner closely with Retail and Boutique Operations teams to support timely and accurate fulfillment of omni-channel orders, including Longtail, Order from Store, and Pick-up at Store services
  • Coordinate day-to-day customer service and repair operations in liaison with the Client Service Center and Quality Assurance team
  • Serve as the primary contact point for customer inquiries related to care and repair services
  • Coordinate stock movements and manage defect and claim processes while maintaining consistency between WMS and ERP systems
  • Monitor payment gateway performance and service levels to ensure seamless customer payment experiences
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
  • Prepare regular KPI reports on stock availability, sales performance, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
  • Analyze operational data across payments, inbound logistics, stock levels, returns, damages, delivery performance, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience managing 3PL and logistics for retail or eCommerce operations
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in English and Korean, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Experience in fashion, retail, or luxury brands preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to collaborate effectively across functions
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and positive approach to change
