Christian Dior Couture in Seoul seeks an E‑commerce Operations Executive to manage 3PL, OMS/WMS and omni‑channel fulfilment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse inbound and outbound operations and ensure efficient order processing through the Order Management System (OMS).
- Coordinate stock movements, defect handling and claims processes while maintaining consistency between the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP.
- Partner with Retail and Boutique Operations teams to support omni‑channel fulfilment services (Longtail, Order from Store, Pick‑up at Store) and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
- Serve as primary contact for customer enquiries related to care and repair services and coordinate repair operations with the Client Service Center and Quality Assurance teams.
- Monitor payment gateway performance and service levels in collaboration with payment service providers to ensure a seamless customer payment experience.
- Prepare and deliver regular KPI, stock availability, sales performance and customer feedback reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Analyse operational data across payments, inbound logistics, returns, damages and delivery performance to drive process improvements.
- Support the Assistant Operations Manager in identifying and implementing initiatives to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years' experience managing 3PL relationships and logistics for retail or e‑commerce operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Korean.
- Proven experience working with OMS, WMS and ERP systems and ensuring system data alignment.
- Strong analytical capability with experience producing KPI and operational performance reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills; able to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including retail, finance, quality assurance and 3PL partners.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior experience in fashion, retail or luxury brands is advantageous.
