Parfums Christian Dior seeks an E‑commerce Operations Assistant in London to support Dior.com order fulfilment and post‑order customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily order flow for Dior.com, identify and resolve stuck/open orders, shortages, cancellations and payment issues, and escalate risks for timely resolution.
  • Troubleshoot order management and payment incidents within Salesforce and SAP; coordinate technical and operational follow‑up to prevent recurrence.
  • Serve as primary operational liaison with warehouse, logistics, customer service and finance to resolve incidents, manage exceptions and support returns handling.
  • Handle escalated customer queries, chargebacks, DPD claims and suspected fraud cases in collaboration with Customer Service, Logistics and Finance teams.
  • Maintain trackers and operational KPIs (order failure rate, SLA performance, cancellations, refunds/replacements) and produce periodic reports to inform improvements.
  • Support website operational maintenance (shipping/payment messaging, FAQs, T&Cs, transactional emails) and participate in testing and rollout of new features with Beauty Tech and SAP teams.
  • Assist with ad hoc operational projects and weekly/monthly reporting as requested by the E‑commerce Manager.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in e‑commerce operations, customer service, order management or a related operational role preferred.
  • Proven experience working across multiple stakeholders in a cross‑functional environment (warehouse, logistics, finance, customer service).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and SAP or similar e‑commerce/order management platforms.
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting, analysis and issue tracking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build effective relationships across virtual teams.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying root causes and delivering sustainable fixes.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
