Christian Dior Couture seeks E-Commerce Merchandising Analyst intern in Paris for hybrid internship supporting digital strategy and collection performance analysis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute weekly performance reporting for assigned universe (Men's or Women's), analyzing sales, sell-through rates, and best-performing collections by geography and product category
  • Maintain and update collection tracking files across assigned business units (Women's, Home & Jewelry, or Men's & Baby)
  • Conduct category-specific and ad hoc KPI analyses (subscriber growth, return rates, long-tail sales, traffic, penetration rates)
  • Propose concrete operational actions including stock requests, inventory rebalancing, and digital visual merchandising modifications
  • Collaborate with regional correspondents and cross-functional teams (Supply, Content, E-Merchandising, Sales Planning, UX) to optimize international e-commerce performance
  • Discover collections during showroom visits, participate in collection walkthroughs, and analyze buying strategies for upcoming seasons
  • Review purchase orders for consistency with global and local animation strategy, including SKU count, depth, and market penetration metrics

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent from a business school, engineering school, or comparable institution
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills with demonstrated rigor, clarity, precision, and concision in reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in an analytical role
  • Fluent English proficiency
