Role & Responsibilities
- Define and establish e-commerce targets in alignment with Central, Regional, and Local teams on strategic objectives
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for market expansion, including new storefront launches and cross-border initiatives
- Serve as primary point of contact for Central teams on animation and launches, providing market insights and data-driven recommendations
- Oversee operational e-marketing activities, including promotional planning, e-merchandising adaptation, and product forecasting across European markets
- Implement animation plans across all European markets based on product and commercial launches, leveraging market insights and data
- Supervise team focus on operational excellence in transport, packing, and customer service to reduce service cases
- Manage site improvements, propose new features, and drive customer journey evolution through collaboration with central teams and product owners
- Represent and ensure seamless project execution in e-commerce expansion at the EU level
- Optimize customer journey through integration of CRM and client service considerations into the e-commerce roadmap
- Monitor and analyze Dior.com performance, providing regular updates and identifying innovation and optimization opportunities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of five talents, providing mentorship and fostering professional growth
- Engage with CRM, customer service, and market stakeholders to understand needs and integrate them into strategic planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a business school or in digital project management
- Minimum 8 years of proven professional experience managing e-commerce websites and web projects with international scope
- Demonstrated experience leading teams of 5 or more people
- Proven experience coordinating with diverse market stakeholders across 10 or more markets
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and familiarity with ERP, CMS, PSP, WMS, and SAP concepts
- Fluent English (written and spoken); French preferred

Minimum 8 years of proven professional experience managing e-commerce websites and web projects, preferably with international scope. Demonstrated track record of leading teams (5+ people) and coordinating across diverse market environments (10+ markets). Experience in strategic e-commerce planning, website optimization, and cross-functional project delivery within the luxury or beauty sectors is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree from a business school or in digital project management.
