Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and monitor semi-annual animation schedules across Dior.com for Europe, Asia, and Americas markets
  • Define featured highlights on Dior.com for each commercial period in alignment with Marketing teams
  • Create customer journey mockups using Figma design software in collaboration with Marketing and Design teams
  • Develop animation kits for all local markets based on central team support
  • Synthesize local market requirements and draft international briefs for key commercial moments
  • Implement customer journeys and deploy on site with dedicated webmaster teams
  • Coordinate country teams and central teams, managing validation, translation requests, asset tracking, and page specifications
  • Monitor go-live across all country sites and conduct regular audits in collaboration with Dior.com webmasters, including quality assurance and bug tracking
  • Conduct competitive intelligence on global animations and develop competitor activity calendars
  • Track and analyze site performance metrics, generating strategic recommendations and best practices for seasonal campaigns (holidays, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day)

Qualifications

  • Master's-level education in Commerce, Communication, Digital, or equivalent discipline
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving approach
  • Native French and fluent English proficiency
