Parfums Christian Dior – E-Commerce Internship Coordinator, Neuilly sur Seine. Support Dior.com campaigns and digital strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and manage biannual animation calendars for Dior.com across European, Asian, and American markets in coordination with regional teams
- Define and implement strategic product showcases for commercial peak periods in alignment with Marketing direction
- Create customer journey mockups using Figma in collaboration with Marketing and Design teams
- Develop animation kits and localized briefs for international markets based on central team guidance
- Implement customer pathways on Dior.com with support from dedicated webmaster teams, including quality assurance and bug tracking
- Coordinate cross-functional communications with country teams, marketing departments, and central offices regarding timelines, translations, and asset management
- Monitor live deployments across all regional Dior.com sites and conduct regular audits for quality and performance optimization
- Conduct competitive intelligence tracking competitor activations, product launches, and exclusive experiences across luxury beauty sectors
- Analyze site performance metrics and develop strategic recommendations and best practices for seasonal campaigns (holiday, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day)
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's-level degree in Commerce, Digital Communication, or equivalent field
- Fluent English and native French language proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Photoshop, Figma, or Contentsquare is advantageous
- Strong passion for luxury cosmetics and digital commerce ecosystems
- Demonstrated experience or internship background in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related domains
