E-Commerce Intern at Christian Dior Couture Munich | 6-month internship in LVMH luxury fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize daily site merchandising updates based on key launches, inventory, marketing calendar, and merchandising guidelines in collaboration with headquarters E-Commerce team
- Optimize on-site search results based on weekly performance trends
- Review and validate translations for all digital touchpoints including newsletters, homepage, paid search, and social media
- Monitor product sales performance and assist with reporting and analyzing key performance indicators
- Define product selection for newsletters and performance marketing campaigns based on specific communication needs and category performance
- Monitor and report site bugs related to product and content display
- Track competitive landscape and evaluate e-commerce industry trends and best practices
- Participate in ad hoc presentation preparation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed university studies in Business, E-Commerce, or related field
- First significant work experience ideally in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing (such as working student positions or internships)
- Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in German and English; additional language proficiency is advantageous
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational capabilities
- Demonstrated interest in digital trends and e-commerce evolution
- Knowledge of e-commerce, digital, and analytics key performance indicators and tools such as Google Analytics is advantageous

Entry-level candidate with first significant work experience ideally in e-commerce or digital marketing, such as working student roles or previous internships.
Education
University studies with a focus on Business, E-Commerce, or another relevant field.
