Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining and executing e-commerce strategy aligned with the trading calendar and key brand priorities, ensuring cohesive strategy execution across the platform
  • Manage new product launches by localizing product information, optimizing PDP content, coordinating campaigns, and liaising with warehouse and central teams
  • Set up and manage promotional activities, optimize on-site content, and support new projects to enhance product discovery and conversion rates
  • Ensure flawless execution of site content updates, conduct daily site checks, identify and troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with IT teams
  • Support SEO initiatives through keyword research, copy optimization, and performance monitoring in partnership with marketing and central SEO teams
  • Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, verify A/B test implementation, and optimize product listings based on performance data and visual assets
  • Prepare daily and weekly e-commerce performance reports, conduct competitive analysis, and identify optimization opportunities using analytics platforms
  • Assist in the execution of central projects including platform revamps (PDP, checkout, my account features) and coordinate preparation of new features and initiatives

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in e-commerce with demonstrated focus on trading, content management, CRO, and SEO
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in cross-functional environments
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and content management systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and SAP
  • Proficiency with analytics tools including Google Analytics and Content Square
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and issue tracking
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred)
  • Exposure to luxury, fashion, beauty, or retail industries (highly desirable)
