E-Commerce Coordinator at Dior Korea in Seoul — support online operations, Art of Gifting, and cross-functional projects for luxury beauty e-commerce.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end Art of Gifting operations, including seasonal guideline setup, stock tracking, warehouse movement, and order submissions
- Lead regular status update meetings and prepare monthly summary reports for internal visibility and alignment
- Support cross-functional e-commerce projects by coordinating with internal and external teams and ensuring smooth execution of project timelines
- Respond to customer inquiries related to gifting services, refunds, and order information verification in coordination with the customer experience team
- Review engraving requests for new product launches and ensure accurate product information management setup
- Update daily sales target files, validate invoice amounts, and monitor weekly order performance for reporting
- Process monthly invoices and quotations for logistics partners and manage return-related charges
- Track and report on competitor activities to support business planning
- Coordinate return cost processing across multiple payment platforms and maintain customer relationship management return data
- Update monthly reconciliation files and finalize e-commerce sales closing reports
- Monitor customer complaints related to site functionality and escalate critical issues to relevant teams
- Monitor fraud detection alerts and escalate unusual activity based on system data
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or fast-moving consumer goods industry with high SKU consumer products
- Fluent in Korean language
- Business-level English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in cosmetics or beauty retail preferred
