Christian Dior Couture hiring E-Business Performance Analyst intern in Paris. Support digital and e-commerce analytics and forecasting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic, conversion rate, and sales across regions and product categories to identify optimization opportunities in collaboration with Digital, E-commerce, and Omnichannel teams
- Analyze different stages of the e-commerce purchase funnel—from traffic acquisition to conversion—to provide actionable recommendations for improving efficiency
- Leverage available dashboards and analytical tools to generate insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing the E-commerce purchase journey
- Prepare weekly and daily performance communications on E-commerce metrics for distribution to Digital, E-commerce, and Omnichannel stakeholders centrally and regionally
- Conduct in-depth ad-hoc studies and competitive benchmarks to support regional teams on specific business challenges
- Assist in defining sales forecasts by zone and product category, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Support the monthly sales forecast process by analyzing business trends and conducting category and country-level analyses to improve forecast accuracy
- Contribute to the definition of E-commerce open-to-buy (OTB) in collaboration with central E-Merchandising and Business Planning teams
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program (Bac+4/5) in Business, Finance, or Controlling
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with strong numerical aptitude
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with high proactivity
- Exceptional interpersonal skills suited to international team environments
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English

Entry-level; prior experience in the luxury industry is a plus. Strong understanding of digital activities and e-commerce is required. No specific years of professional experience mandated.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Finance, or Controlling, or equivalent qualification.
