Christian Dior Couture Paris: E-Business Performance Analyst Intern position in digital e-commerce analytics and business planning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators including traffic, conversion rate, and sales across regions and product categories to identify optimization opportunities in collaboration with Digital, E-commerce, and Omnichannel teams
- Leverage available dashboards and analytical tools to provide actionable recommendations for increasing e-commerce purchase journey efficiency by analyzing the purchase funnel from traffic acquisition to conversion
- Support the preparation of weekly and daily communications on e-commerce performance for distribution to Digital, E-commerce, and Omnichannel teams centrally and locally
- Conduct in-depth ad-hoc studies and benchmarks to support regional teams on specific business challenges
- Assist in defining sales forecasts by zone and product category, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Monitor business trends and conduct cross-category and cross-country analyses during monthly sales forecast cycles to enhance forecast accuracy
- Contribute to the definition of e-commerce open-to-buy (OTB) in collaboration with central E-Merchandising and Business Planning teams
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program (Bac+4/5) in Business, Finance, or Controlling
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with strong quantitative aptitude and rigor
- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effectiveness within international team environments
- Proven ability to work autonomously and with high proactivity
- Solid understanding of digital activities and e-commerce dynamics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in English
