Parfums Christian Dior seeks an E-Business Intern in Copenhagen to support e-commerce and e-retail operations within the Marketing team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of e-retail and e-commerce platforms, including product launches and channel management
- Coordinate new product setup on e-retail websites, including data collection, translations, and material coordination
- Implement and test new e-commerce features aligned with the annual local activation plan
- Execute e-trade activations for new product launches with key e-retailers, including translations, briefings, tracking, and result reporting
- Support retail media activations and assist with e-retail brand corner refreshes
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports on e-retail and e-commerce sales performance, campaign metrics, consumer behavior, and key performance indicators
- Monitor and analyze local and global digital trends, competitor websites, benchmarks, and campaigns to inform strategic insights
- Execute ad hoc projects and updates as requested by the marketing team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
- Fluent English proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Mid-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
- Demonstrated passion for luxury and the beauty sector
- Experience in e-retail, e-commerce, and/or digital marketing positions (preferred)

Entry-level candidates with academic background in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in e-retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master's degree in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field required.
