Parfums Christian Dior E-Business, Digital and CRM Intern in Brussels, supporting e-retail, e-commerce and CRM across BeLux.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the E-Business and CRM Executives with daily tasks and the development of e-retail, e-commerce and CRM activities across the BeLux market.
- Work with the headquarters E-Retail team to define the local e-retail strategy and implement it with e-retailers.
- Develop online visibility assets for key launches and ensure their timely delivery.
- Optimize Parfums Christian Dior’s brand image and visibility across all e-retail channels.
- Work with the headquarters E-Commerce team on Dior.com’s expansion in Belgium and Luxembourg, including the website revamp and implementation of new features.
- Plan and execute digital marketing with central teams, including SEO/SEM, email marketing and social media activation.
- Coordinate translations with the agency.
- Roll out the CRM strategy, focusing on establishing and growing a qualified department-store database and Dior.com segmentation.
- Build annual CRM activations with retailers in line with Trade Marketing and Media priorities.
- Deliver e-retail trade plans effectively.
- Activate the Dior.com toolbox to recruit, convert and retain customers.
- Roll out digital campaigns.
- Deliver CRM plans, focusing on growing a qualified department-store and Dior.com database.
- Provide a monthly e-newsletter covering Dior and competitors’ e-trade activities and e-commerce activations.
- Monitor and report on grey-market and pure-player activities.
Qualifications
- Business school education, ideally with a specialization in Digital or E-Business.
- Previous marketing experience is mandatory; digital experience is advantageous.
- Experience in the beauty or luxury sector is a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English for daily exchanges with key stakeholders in both languages.
- Dutch is a plus.
- Impeccable written communication, including spelling, grammar and tone.
- Sociable and communicative, with good relationship-building skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and precision.
- Strong task ownership and a quality-oriented mindset, with pride in producing accurate, polished deliverables.
