Parfums Christian Dior seeks an E-Business, Digital & CRM Intern in Brussels to support e-retail, e-commerce, and CRM initiatives across BeLux markets during an internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the E-Business and CRM Executive teams with daily operational tasks across e-retail, e-commerce, and CRM initiatives on the BeLux market
- Develop and execute e-retail trade plans, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal brand visibility across all e-retail channels
- Assist in the expansion and enhancement of Dior.com in Belgium and Luxembourg, including website revamp support and implementation of new digital features
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with central teams, including SEO/SEM optimization, email marketing, and social media activations
- Build and maintain CRM strategy rollout with focus on developing qualified Department Stores and Dior.com customer databases
- Manage translation coordination with external agencies for digital content and website localization
- Prepare monthly e-newsletters reporting on Dior and competitor e-trade activities, as well as monitor grey market and pure player dynamics
- Collaborate with PCD Headquarters teams to define and implement local e-retail and digital strategies
Qualifications
- Business school degree, ideally with specialization in Digital, E-Business, or Marketing
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and related applications)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Strong written communication skills with impeccable attention to spelling, grammar, and professional tone
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level professional experience; previous marketing experience is mandatory; digital sector experience is advantageous; beauty or luxury sector experience is a plus.
Education
Business school degree, preferably with a specialization in Digital, E-Business, or related marketing disciplines.
