Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement content pages and product information across the online catalog to ensure accuracy and commercial appeal.
- Manage the development and continuous maintenance of the product portfolio, integrating new products and updating visual merchandising online.
- Propose and execute digital initiatives to stimulate online sales and foster customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing, retail and digital teams to analyze performance data and improve processes.
- Drive trade marketing initiatives with local retail partners in Switzerland and Austria to increase brand presence and sales.
- Design appealing planograms for fragrance, make‑up and skincare assortments to optimise shelf placement and visual impact.
- Support conception and delivery of in‑store events, training sessions and influencer activations to create memorable brand experiences.
- Ensure consistent brand visibility at all touchpoints including point‑of‑sale displays and in‑store communications.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Digital Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline.
- Practical experience gained through internships, working‑student roles or similar positions in marketing, retail or e‑commerce.
- Creative mindset with initiative, a strong team spirit and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects across digital and in‑store channels.
