Christian Dior Couture seeks a Dishwasher (CDD 8 months) at 30 Avenue Montaigne, Paris for its luxury restaurant group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain all facilities and equipment to the highest hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with HACCP protocols
- Execute thorough washing and sanitation of dishware and all kitchen equipment required for service operations
- Manage waste segregation and disposal according to established procedures
- Organize and store dry goods and perishables in storage areas and refrigeration units
- Perform material handling and restocking tasks to support kitchen workflow
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and maintain organization of designated storage areas
- Immediately report any safety concerns, anomalies, or accident risks affecting clients or colleagues to management
- Conduct quality inspections of dishware and small kitchen equipment before service
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a dishwasher or kitchen porter in a luxury hospitality establishment
- Demonstrated proficiency in maintaining HACCP food safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to flawless presentation standards
- Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities
