Christian Dior Couture seeks Director of Consolidation and Group Reporting in Paris. Lead financial consolidation, reporting, and team of four professionals in a high-impact global role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize and supervise the collection of financial data from approximately 100 group subsidiaries in close collaboration with the Corporate and International Financial Director
  • Oversee monthly consolidation of revenue and P&L across the Maison, and quarterly balance sheet and cash flow consolidation including two hard-closes in May and November
  • Ensure accurate recording and review of consolidation entries, including inter-company eliminations and inventory margin elimination
  • Control data quality, consistency, and reliability reported by subsidiaries
  • Produce consolidated performance analysis for executive decision-making by the Chief Financial Officer
  • Prepare regular analytical notes for LVMH Group leadership identifying key variances, trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Monitor and provide consolidated cash flow analysis, ensuring consistency between direct and indirect cash flow methods
  • Identify material alerts or issues raised by subsidiaries and escalate appropriately to senior financial leadership
  • Ensure group analytical standards compliance across all subsidiaries and coordinate with external auditors on subsidiary audit reports
  • Verify reliable IFRS implementation across the entire perimeter, with particular attention to subsidiaries whose local statutory accounts do not directly reflect these standards
  • Propose proactive improvements to consolidation processes, controls, financial tools, and governance frameworks
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of four direct reports (1 Deputy Director of Consolidation, 2 Senior Consolidation Managers, and 1 Intern)
  • Coordinate the engagement of three consultants supporting the function
  • Structure team organization to ensure high levels of reliability, responsiveness, and service quality
  • Pilot and oversee the tax reporting process (actual and budgeted)

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree from a business school, Master's in Finance, Audit, Management Control, or equivalent
  • Minimum 15 years of significant experience in consolidation and reporting within complex international environments
  • Strong mastery of statutory consolidation and management reporting mechanisms
  • Proven experience leading international group closing processes
  • Solid understanding of cash flow dynamics, operational performance, and financial controls
  • Excellent knowledge of IFRS standards, particularly IFRS 16
  • Proficiency with BFC financial consolidation software (advantageous)
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders in a matrix structure
  • Exceptional accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail combined with strategic business vision
