Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic financial advisor and business partner to the Beauty Tech Americas CIO, providing direction and insights to enable achievement of short- and long-term objectives
  • Lead the end-to-end financial planning and analysis cycle, including annual budget development, monthly closings, and reporting to Maisons with accurate financial closing processes and detailed variance analysis
  • Drive consistency and discipline in financial reporting and performance tracking by preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including management packages, KPI dashboards, and granular analysis by capital expenditure project and Maisons
  • Collaborate with regional Maisons finance partners to ensure timely and accurate financial information is available for FIPA reporting
  • Champion continuous improvement in FP&A processes by identifying opportunities for digitalization and automation to enhance efficiency and financial agility
  • Lead initiatives to streamline financial processes, optimize resource allocation, and enhance data integrity while supporting evaluation and implementation of new analytical tools
  • Exhibit strong, influential leadership by fostering a culture of proactive financial partnership and delivering insights with clarity and focus on business impact
  • Proactively engage with operational teams to anticipate their needs and provide data-driven insights supporting strategic and operational decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably in luxury, retail, and/or beauty industry
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver information clearly and concisely to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong capacity to challenge status quo constructively and drive transformative change
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain strategic agility in dynamic environments
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
