Christian Dior Direct-to-Consumer Retail Manager — Nordics
Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Direct-to-Consumer Retail Manager in Copenhagen to lead Nordic POS teams and drive sales across boutiques and department-store counters.

Role & Responsibilities
- Line-manage and develop POS managers across 15 Direct-to-Consumer points of sale (department-store concessions and boutiques) in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland, ensuring consistent brand execution.
- Coach and upskill beauty consultants and POS managers through in-person visits and performance management to deliver exceptional client experience and operational excellence.
- Own sales and profitability performance for the DTC estate: set and drive targets for sales, average basket, items per transaction and other retail KPIs in partnership with Retail Development.
- Design and implement localised action plans with department-store partners to address site-specific challenges and commercial opportunities.
- Develop and monitor shift-planning pilots and workforce deployment to maximise productivity and efficiency, including coordination of off-payroll staff for peak commercial periods.
- Ensure brand image compliance across all POS: manage use of POSM, testers and display standards and follow up corrective actions with POS teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of leadership experience, preferably within beauty or luxury retail, with demonstrated people-management success.
- Proven track record driving sales and retail KPIs in a multi-site retail environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of PowerBI and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel frequently across the Nordics (approximately 70%).
- Fluent English; working knowledge of Scandinavian languages and/or French is an advantage.
Skills
Experience
At least 5 years in a leadership role within retail, ideally in beauty or luxury, with experience managing multi-site DTC counters and boutiques across multiple countries and a readiness to travel heavily within the region.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
