Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain strong Dior brand presence through collaboration, engagement, and adherence to all brand standards
• Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized service, creating welcoming environments, and partnering effectively with leased department store teams
• Provide expert product knowledge and sophisticated brand storytelling to elevate client engagement and drive sales performance
• Build and sustain strong relationships with leased department store teams through ongoing communication and strategic partnership
• Enable sales team performance by delivering comprehensive training, styling guidance, and collection insights
• Communicate client feedback, business opportunities, and operational insights to management
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with Dior guidelines and seasonal campaigns
• Manage boutique opening and closing procedures, including POS operations and Dioroutine tasks
• Process Dior POS transactions with accuracy and full compliance with payment and retention protocols
• Support preparation and presentation of client purchases according to Dior standards
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and stock audits
• Oversee product movements including shipments, transfers, loans, and returns
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within stockrooms and boutique work areas
• Execute daily operational tasks including supply ordering and Dioroutine priorities
• Complete required daily and weekly reporting, exception reporting, and reconciliation tasks
• Support overall boutique operations while ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience; luxury retail experience preferred
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly move, lift, and handle merchandise and fixtures
• Demonstrated ability to perform accurately in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail
• Commitment to upholding all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
