Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong Dior brand presence through collaboration with leased department store teams and adherence to all brand standards and guidelines
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by creating welcoming environments, providing personalized service, and executing brand storytelling that elevates product positioning
  • Provide expert product knowledge and styling guidance to department store staff and clients to drive sales performance and client engagement
  • Build and sustain strategic relationships with leased department store sellers through ongoing communication, partnership, and follow-up initiatives
  • Enable sales performance by delivering training, styling direction, and collection insights to leased department store teams
  • Communicate client feedback, market opportunities, and operational insights to management for continuous improvement
  • Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards in full accordance with Dior brand guidelines and seasonal collections
  • Manage all boutique opening and closing procedures, including point-of-sale operations, cash handling, and Dioroutine compliance tasks
  • Process all Dior POS transactions accurately, including dual-ring procedures, while ensuring strict adherence to payment and retention policies
  • Oversee client purchase preparation and packaging in accordance with Dior presentation and brand standards
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and stock audits with timely identification and communication of discrepancies
  • Execute all product movements including shipments, transfers, loans, returns, and retrievals with precision and documentation
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and operational standards within stockrooms and all boutique work areas
  • Manage daily operational priorities including supply ordering, expense management, and execution of Dioroutine protocols
  • Complete required daily and weekly reporting, including exception reporting, follow-up actions, sales reconciliation, and banking verification
  • Support overall boutique operations while ensuring full adherence to company policies, procedures, safety, security, and compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work full-time schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business operations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through capabilities
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly move, lift, and handle merchandise, fixtures, and supplies
  • Proven ability to perform accurately in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
  • Commitment to upholding all company policies, procedures, regulations, and operational standards
