Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong Dior brand presence through collaboration, engagement, and adherence to all brand standards and guidelines
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by creating welcoming environments, providing personalized service, and collaborating with leased department store teams
  • Provide expert product knowledge and sophisticated brand storytelling to elevate client engagement and drive sales performance
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with leased department store sales personnel through ongoing communication, partnership, and follow-up
  • Train and support leased department store teams with styling guidance, collection insights, and sales enablement resources
  • Communicate client feedback, business opportunities, and operational insights to management
  • Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards in full accordance with Dior design guidelines and specifications
  • Complete all boutique opening and closing procedures, including POS operations and related administrative tasks
  • Process all Dior POS transactions accurately, including dual-ring procedures, while maintaining full compliance with payment and security policies
  • Prepare and package client purchases according to Dior presentation and luxury standards
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, stock audits, and timely discrepancy communication
  • Oversee all product movements, including shipments, transfers, loans, returns, and retrievals
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and operational excellence within stockrooms and all boutique work areas
  • Manage daily operational tasks, including supply ordering and execution of Dioroutine priorities
  • Complete required daily and weekly reporting, including exception reporting and sales and banking reconciliation
  • Support overall boutique operations while ensuring strict adherence to company policies, procedures, safety, security, and compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requirements dictate
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through capabilities
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift, move, and handle merchandise, fixtures, and supplies
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Commitment to upholding all company policies, procedures, regulations, and professional standards
