Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong Dior brand presence through collaboration, engagement, and adherence to all brand standards
  • Ensure every client receives an exceptional experience by creating a welcoming environment, delivering personalized service, and partnering effectively with leased department store teams
  • Deliver expert product knowledge and brand storytelling to elevate the client experience and drive sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leased department store sellers through ongoing communication, partnership, and follow-up
  • Enable sales performance by providing training, styling guidance, and collection insights to leased department store teams
  • Communicate client feedback, business opportunities, and operational insights to management
  • Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with Dior guidelines
  • Complete all boutique opening and closing procedures, including POS operations and related Dior operational tasks
  • Process all Dior POS transactions accurately, including dual-ring procedures, while ensuring full compliance with payment and retention policies
  • Support preparation and packaging of client purchases in accordance with Dior presentation standards
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and stock audits, ensuring timely identification and communication of discrepancies
  • Oversee and execute all product movements, including shipments, transfers, loans, returns, and retrievals
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and operational standards within stockrooms and all boutique work areas
  • Manage daily operational tasks, including supply ordering and execution of Dior operational priorities
  • Complete required daily and weekly reporting, including exception reporting, follow-up actions, and sales and banking reconciliation
  • Support overall boutique operations while ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, safety, security, and compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience; luxury retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly move, lift, and handle merchandise, fixtures, and supplies
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Commitment to upholding all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
