Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Dior Ambassador for 30-hour part-time retail role at Pearsons, Enfield, London. Drive luxury beauty sales with passion and client expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, positioning as a personal shopper and delivering high-standard service aligned with the D.I.O.R. brand method
- Initiate customer contact, welcome clients both on counter and through traffic-stopping engagement, and provide memorable experiences throughout the sales process
- Identify and understand customer needs, propose personalized product offerings, demonstrate complementary and cross-category selections, and offer a comprehensive beauty approach
- Educate clients passionately on brand heritage, product benefits, and luxury positioning
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets and contribute to counter KPIs across in-store and remote channels
- Develop durable client relationships, engage new clientele through authentic human interaction, and register client data in the dedicated CRM system
- Leverage Dior Connect and IPOS tools to drive traffic, foster client loyalty, and execute targeted actions
- Apply merchandising guidelines, monitor stock levels, and report inventory concerns
- Maintain counter displays, operate point-of-sale systems, and close daily revenues as applicable
- Respect corporate attendance and grooming standards while cultivating strong retailer relationships
Qualifications
- Preferably 1-2 years of professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury sectors
- Proven track record of achieving retail sales results in a luxury retail environment
- Proficiency with new retail technologies including point-of-sale systems and CRM platforms
