Parfums Christian Dior Dior Ambassador, part-time temporary role in Berkshire, UK—luxury beauty sales position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for Parfums Christian Dior beauty products while maintaining luxury service standards
- Develop expertise in makeup and skincare applications to inspire clients and generate new business
- Proactively cross-sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and transaction units
- Initiate client engagement both at counter and through floor traffic, welcoming customers with confidence
- Build personalized client relationships and introduce the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme to drive repeat business
- Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products, brand heritage, and positioning
- Maintain merchandise displays in alignment with corporate guidelines and monitor stock levels
- Utilize ipos system to record client data, maintain customer profiles, and develop a personal clientele through phone contact and event coordination
- Adhere to all company procedures and policies as outlined in employee handbook
- Achieve mystery shopping targets and other key performance indicators
